There are some problems that we can fix without the need for you to bring your computer to us or the extra expense of an on-site visit. Using JaySee HomeCall, with your permission we can access your computer remotely and make the necessary changes to your system. The only requirement is that your computer can access the Internet and is running Windows 98, 2000, XP or Vista.

You will need to make an appointment for a remote support session and we will guide you through a few easy steps to allow us access to your computer. Once we have access we will spend a few minutes assessing your computer to establish if we will be able to fix your problem remotely.

Before we make any changes we will ask you to supply your credit card details and on completion of the remote session we will debit your card with $60.

If for some reason we are unable to fix your problem - for example, a faulty component - the $60 fee can be transferred towards the cost of an on-site visit, or fully cover the labour cost for us to fix the problem at our premises.

If you're concerned about security, don't worry. HomeCall is a one-off connection and once the support session is finished it can only be started again by you. No software is installed on your computer and HomeCall leaves no way for any unauthorised parties to access your computer.
